Thank you for the care of my brother. Due to your care, he was able to be at home with his family during the end stage of his life. Your nurses were like family. I overheard Ms. Jill tell one of my brother’s many grandchildren that she would be back to see him not as a nurse but as a friend. This was the day he died.
