In 2016, we created a non-profit extension to GHC in order to expand the services we could offer to our patients. The GHC Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to fulfill bucket list items for patients in our care. Help us make every moment matter!

Celebrating All of Life’s Precious Moments

At GHC, we view hospice as a means of living and not dying. From birthday celebrations to anniversary dinners, we strive to create an environment where our patients can continue to make memories. Nearly all proceeds donated to the GHC Foundation help our patients celebrate the events that are important in their life. Your support is greatly appreciated and can help people in need or fill a final wish.
